A dedicated Rueda Veloz representative is assigned to coordinate the entire process and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Standard Design Plain apparel with your logo.

Custom Design (Inspiration-Based) We develop a design based on your provided inspiration or mood board.

Custom Design (Brand-Aligned) We create a design that fully aligns with your company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

Once your preferred direction has been chosen, our design team prepares a digital 3D design proposal for your review.

Sizing kit Before final confirmation, a sizing kit can be sent to your company. This allows employees to test fit and ensure correct sizing before placing their individual size orders.

Color print sample You also have the option to receive a physical color print sample before placing the final order - something we highly recommend, as graphic color tones may appear differently on textile.

After the design is approved, we provide a personalized order link.

Employees/Riders can: Log in, select their sizes, and place their own orders.

Or, if preferred: A single company representative can place all orders on behalf of the employees.

Companies/Teams may also choose to offer a discount code - a prepaid fixed amount that employees can use at checkout.

Once all orders are placed, the production and delivery time is typically 3–7 weeks.

Two delivery options are available:

Centralized delivery All items are sent to your company’s headquarters for internal distribution.

Individual delivery Each employee/team member receives their order directly - no handling required at your facility.

If employees/team members lose or wish to reorder individual pieces, replacements can be ordered anytime with a typical delivery time of 3–4 weeks.
