Shipping

All orders are shipped with GLS, to every country in Europe.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are packed and handed over to GLS the same day. Orders placed later, or during weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

• Denmark: 1–2 business days
• Rest of Europe: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Peak periods, new collection drops and public holidays can add a day or two.

Shipping cost
DKK 50 to Denmark, € 7 to Germany, SEK 75 to Sweden,NOK 185 to Norway and DKK 50 for rest of europe. Free shipping on orders over DKK 500 and €69 in rest of europe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery options
You can choose home delivery or delivery to your nearest GLS ParcelShop at checkout. ParcelShop parcels are held for 7 days before they are returned to us.

Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us, you get an email with a GLS tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected in time, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery — a new shipping fee applies.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel has not moved for more than 5 business days, or arrives damaged, write to us at info@ruedaveloz.com with your order number and a photo if relevant. We will sort it out with GLS and get a replacement to you.
